On Sunday Dinner Numero Tres
Had another Sunday Dinner this week although it wasn’t as creative as last week. This time around it was just me and Melissa and we just made a soup from Harry & David. It was a Corn Chowder which turned out to be pretty delicious although it was a bit saltier that I would’ve liked. Luckily we had some oyster cracker which helped take the saltiness away. It was an easy soup to make. Sauteed some bacon, onion and garlic, added the stock, mix and water and then at the end added the cream/flavoring mix to thicken it a bit. I also attempted to make a Nutella Marbled Banana Bread but I forgot how retarded our effing stove is so it burnt at the edges but the middle cooked properly (although it was a little dry). Well at least I tried.
