20-Something's Big City Almanac

I started this blog out of boredom. I then made a College Bucket List and I documented it here as I got closer to graduation. I have since graduated, finished said list and now am working in Los Angeles during my gap year. These are my rants, likes, dislikes and loves.

Smokey Havarti, Lobster & Bacon Mac & Cheese

Finally got together to have another Sunday Dinner with Melissa, Bryant and Mary. And this time we were joined by Ryan. Bryant suggested we finally make that mac & cheese and since it sounded delicious no one objected. We scrapped together whatever ingredients we each had around the house and traveled to Ralph’s. We picked up cheese (havarti and smoked cheddar), lobster, a salad and some wine and then went back to Melissa’s to cook this delicious mac & cheese. It was really fast and simple to make and the few ingredients came together perfectly. The cheese had just enough flavor, the paprika and hot sauce added a little kick to it, and the bread crumbs gave it a slight crunch. Oh, and not to mention the delicious turkey bacon and LOBSTER. Paired with the salad and red wine, this mac & cheese was a perfect dish for Sunday Dinner.
